LACK of testing in UK care homes may have already killed 4,000 vulnerable people, experts have warned.
New figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) says Covid-19 has claimed the lives of 217 residents in nursing homes in England and Wales in the 14 days leading up to April 3.

However, Care England and the Alzheimer’s Society believe the death toll within care facilities is being under-played because of a lack of testing.
